Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The Enrollment Communications & Data Analyst supports institutional enrollment and student success priorities by collecting, validating, analyzing, and interpreting data across enterprise systems including Colleague, Ellucian Recruit, Tableau, Voyatek, Ocelot, CRM, SIS, and other student-facing technologies. The Analyst develops and maintains dashboards, reports, and data visualizations, monitors data flow between systems, and identifies trends across the enrollment funnel through reporting and data analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making related to recruitment, onboarding, retention, and completion.This position works closely with Enrollment Communications & Analytics leadership and campus partners to ensure data accuracy, maintain reporting standards, support system integrations, and provide timely analytics that inform enrollment strategy, communication effectiveness, and student engagement efforts. The role requires strong technical skills in data reporting, system navigation, and dashboard development, along with the ability to translate data into actionable insights that support institutional goals and improve the overall student experience.
Qualifications:
- Education
- Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g., data analytics, information systems, business, statistics, or a related discipline) required.
- Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data reporting, analytics support, or a related function.
- Experience working with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau or similar platforms) to develop dashboards and reports.
- Experience extracting, compiling, and validating data from multiple systems or databases.
- Familiarity with CRM and/or Student Information Systems (SIS) preferred (e.g., Ellucian Recruit, Colleague, or similar platforms).
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and summarize data, identify trends, and present findings in a clear and organized manner.
- Experience supporting reporting processes, data tracking, or performance monitoring in a professional setting.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and respond to data requests in a timely manner.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support reporting and data needs.

Hiring Range:
11 Salary/Starting salary beginning at $66,487, based on education and experience
