Position Summary Are you a technical leader passionate about ensuring reliable technology services in a healthcare setting? KVC is seeking a Hospital Technology Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of our hospital technology systems and infrastructure.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for escalated technical issues impacting clinical and administrative operations. You will lead advanced troubleshooting, coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors, and ensure that technology disruptions never stand in the way of high-quality patient care.

What You Will Do:

  • Oversee daily operations and support of hospital technology systems and infrastructure across assigned facilities.

  • Serve as the high-level escalation point for complex technical issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions.

  • Coordinate with internal IT teams, healthcare staff, and external vendors to restore services quickly and efficiently.

  • Monitor system performance and availability to ensure 24/7 reliability for clinical environments.

  • Ensure all systems remain compliant with healthcare regulations (including HIPAA), security standards, and organizational policies.

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for technology support.

  • Provide technical leadership and knowledge sharing to support teams and end users, helping to develop the technical skills of the broader IT group.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: 5+ years of computer-related experience.

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Licensure: Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (travel between site locations is required).

  • Technical Expertise: Advanced troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage technology incidents in a high-stakes environment.

  • Leadership: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences clearly.

  • Character: A proactive professional who takes personal accountability for outcomes and always asks, “What would I want for my child?”

Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift/move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift/move up to 75 pounds.
