PeopleSoft Business Analyst - Face to Face Interview

W2 Contract Only

Hybrid-Remote PeopleSoft Interface Coordinator to support our client in the Greater Richmond Region.

This position has exciting opportunities to support critical interface testing, integration activities, and ongoing support across multiple agencies and systems. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

Requirements:

5+ years of PeopleSoft interface experience in a functional or hybrid functional/technical role

Strong understanding of PeopleSoft interface architecture, flat-file processing, and error resolution

Experience coordinating interface testing across multiple stakeholders and workstreams

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of concurrent activities

Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with business users and external agencies

Technical background as a PeopleSoft Interface Developer, with progression into a functional or techno-functional role

Desired:

Experience with PeopleTools and core PeopleSoft technical components

Experience with PeopleSoft Financials and/or HCM modules

Familiarity with SFTP/FTP and file transfer tools such as MOVEit, WinSCP, or FileZilla

Responsibilities:

Coordinate interface testing and integration activities between internal teams and external agencies

Serve as the primary point of contact for interface issues, testing results, and remediation efforts

Troubleshoot interface failures, identify errors, and coordinate resolution across stakeholders

Maintain documentation, testing processes, and agency-specific interface requirements

Ensure agencies follow established testing procedures, timelines, and support processes
