Job Title: CMDB ServiceNow Developer (ITOM Technical Consultant)

Location: USA Remote

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Technical Consultant with expertise in CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.

Key Responsibilities:

CMDB :

• Experience with CMDB/AMDB processes, data models, configuration, and data cleanup.
• Strong knowledge of CSDM, CMDB Health Dashboards, Normalization, Identification & Reconciliation.
• Experience in Service Catalog development, ServiceNow customization, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Design and implement automated processes for CMDB data collection and maintenance.
• Minimum 2 years of CSDM-led CMDB implementation experience.

Discovery :

• Configure, implement, and maintain ServiceNow Discovery solutions.
• Develop custom Discovery Patterns, Probes, Sensors, and integrations.
• Configure and manage MID Servers.
• Troubleshoot Discovery issues and optimize workflows.
• Minimum 3 years of Discovery implementation experience.

Service Mapping:

• Implement and maintain Service Mapping solutions for business-critical services.
• Develop custom Service Mapping patterns and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams, application owners, and business stakeholders.
• Create and validate Service Maps and maintain CMDB relationships.
• Minimum 5 years of Service Mapping implementation experience.
