Key Accountabilities:
Responsibilities
- Collecting, compiling, and managing Data from different departments and building monthly reports, graphs, and charts.
- Design reports on Data Quality for all levels of audiences and stakeholders.
- Creating and working with various data layers and databases; integrating data from various software packages and providing GIS outputs.
- Drive data quality issue resolution
- Interfacing with different departments to produce reports that assist in management of departments.
- Managing the building and schedules on a quarterly basis for the driver work bid.
- Identify and address data quality issues, such as: code fixes, source system changes, etc.
- Support automation opportunities for Data Quality improvement processes.
- Provide a high level of data quality awareness across multiple staff profile
- Understanding of Data Management Principles and Data Quality Improvement
- Responsible for ensuring that the schedules produced are achievable, efficient, utilize the full range of technological tools to assist in their production, and are in
- accordance with the Client’s policies and procedures.
- Daily communication and interaction with staff and reporting to the Operations Manager and other managers assigned to the paratransit program and particularly the Customer Service Call Center.
- Responsible for ensuring that the service provided is in accordance with the Client’s policies and procedures, and that system parameters are safeguarded from any unauthorized changes.
- Critically analyzing daily schedules to improve on-time performance and productivity.
- Actively analyze data to determine areas of improvement, both in daily operations but also in the users’ interactions with the systems.
- Conduct data research and root cause analysis regarding on KPI performance
- Propose, design and implement updated processes and procedures to provide more efficient service and accurate data collection.
- Maintain records of historical performance data and examine historical and current trends to determine success of current improvement initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Operators/Drivers may work inside or outside vehicles and may operate vehicles for over 8 hours per day.
- Operations Supervisors and Managers may split their work between an office setting looking at a computer screen/electronic device and active transit field locations driving in a vehicle.
- Maintenance Employees may be exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals in a ventilated maintenance shop and may work with personal computers, laptops, electronic hand-held devices, complex electrical schematics, diagnostic software and testing devices, and other heavy machinery.
- Office Staff may work indoors in air-conditioned or well-ventilated facilities, including offices and cubicle spaces equipped with a telephone and computer and may entail typing or looking at a computer screen.
