As a SharePoint Developer, you will be part of the IT support department supporting digital transformation initiatives. What's the Job?
- Support the migration of SharePoint 2016 content to SharePoint Online and OpenText Documentum D2, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Analyze existing SharePoint content, develop migration plans, and execute content migrations using approved tools.
- Redesign and recreate SharePoint 2013 workflows in Power Automate, ensuring functional equivalency and leveraging modern automation capabilities.
- Collaborate with business units to review content, determine disposition, and facilitate content review sessions.
- Develop new Power Automate workflows based on stakeholder requirements, providing documentation and knowledge transfer.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience with SharePoint Online and Power Automate development.
- Proven track record of delivering SharePoint migration projects for large organizations, including at least three (3) migrations from SharePoint on-premises.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint migration tools and expertise in SharePoint 2016 architecture.
- Proficiency in designing, developing, and troubleshooting Power Automate flows, including complex workflows with conditional logic.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 governance frameworks, including sensitivity labels and retention policies.
