- Provide cybersecurity awareness and situational briefings to operations and management staff
Documentation, Standards & Support
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including network diagrams, SOPs, and system configuration records
- Maintain and update IT/OT asset inventory and system change logs
- Serve as escalation resource for OT-related technical support issues
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and IT teams to evaluate and implement technology improvements
- Manage vendor relationships and open support cases with third-party vendors (Aveva, Nutanix, Veeam, Rockwell, Siemens, etc.)
- Perform scripting and task automation using PowerShell and/or Python to streamline routine administrative tasks
- Provide after-hours and on-call support for critical system events as required
OT Infrastructure Design & Greenfield Planning
- Serve as the OT infrastructure subject matter expert in the design and buildout of a new Fort Worth, TX facility; collaborate with Process Engineering, Controls/OT Engineering, and IT to develop the OT server and systems architecture from the ground up
- Provide design and architecture recommendations for OT server infrastructure, virtualization platform, historian deployment, and SCADA server topology aligned with process requirements and security best practices
- Translate process engineering and operational requirements into scalable, standards-based OT infrastructure designs; ensure proposed solutions align with the Purdue Model, established security frameworks, and organizational IT standards
- Develop infrastructure standards, bill-of-materials recommendations, and technical specifications for new facility OT systems; coordinate with vendors and integrators to ensure designs meet operational and security requirements
- Participate in project planning, design reviews, and commissioning activities for the new facility; serve as a technical resource bridging IT, OT, and Process Engineering throughout the project lifecycle
