Design, configure, and deploy enterprise IT systems and infrastructure tailored to customer environments, including wireless networks, mobile devices, and edge computing solutions
Implement and integrate mobility and data capture technologies such as barcode/RFID systems, IoT hardware, and mobile computing devices
Collaborate with sales and project teams to gather technical requirements and deliver tailored solutions
Configure and support cybersecurity platforms, including firewalls, endpoint protection, and secure access systems
Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues, both remotely and on-site
Troubleshoot, test, and maintain systems to ensure reliability and optimal performance
Work with vendors and internal teams to evaluate new technologies and assist in solution development
Create and maintain detailed system documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures
Assist customers with system upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle planning
Ensure all deployments adhere to compliance, security, and industry best practices
Stay current on emerging technologies, including AI, and identify opportunities to incorporate them into customer solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in systems engineering, IT infrastructure, or enterprise solution deployment
Hands-on experience with enterprise mobility platforms (Zebra, Honeywell, Android Enterprise, etc.)
Knowledge of RFID/barcoding systems, label printing hardware, and mobile device management (MDM) platforms
Solid understanding of networking (LAN/WLAN), switches, access points, and wireless controller setup
Experience supporting cybersecurity technologies including endpoint protection, secure access, and firewall appliances
Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with help desk or field service tools
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Basic understanding of AI concepts and a willingness to learn and integrate emerging technologies into system solutions
