Kentro is hiring for Senior Medical Logistics Business Analyst to support the Defense Health Agencyand the Medical LogisticsIT division.This role willsupport the MEDLOG IT PMO as it leads the charge toreplace capabilities in legacy MEDLOG IT applications and fully implementLogiCole.Upon reaching full operating capability,LogiColewill roll all legacy medicallogisticsapplications into a single, web-based application andprovidean enterprise view of alllogisticslines of business.This role will be a pivotal part ofthe implementation ofLogiColeand the decommissioning of legacy applications - providing intuitive user interfaces,leveragingauthoritativeproductand sourcingdata, andfully integrating federal and industry partners.

Location: Hybrid - Ft. Detrick, MD

Salary Range: $130,000-140,000 annually. Factors influencing pay within this range include geography, market demand, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and validate business requirements for LogiCole and DMLES core application roadmaps.
• Analyze endtoend medical logistics workflows to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Provide subjectmatter expertise on medical materiel management, supply chain operations, and readiness requirements.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure business terminology, workflows, and data elements are accurately represented.
• Ensure proper use of authoritative, referential, and derived data across medical logistics applications.
• Identify data quality issues, gaps, and inconsistencies; recommend corrective actions.
• Support data mapping, lineage tracking, and integration analysis across systems.
• Conduct verification and validation (V&V) of functional and technical processes, participate in functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.
• Document defects, track resolution, and validate fixes.
• Leverage knowledge managementtechniques and resources tocreate capabilities and assets that enable the organization to exploit opportunities and reuse existing knowledge.
• Ensure knowledge products are accurate, accessible, and aligned with enterprise KM standards.
• Support trainings and briefings at scheduled events (conferences, leadership engagement, etc.).
• Leverage SAFe 6.0 methodologies:
• To ensure all features/enhancements are tested against clear, measurable acceptance criteria.
• To ensure continuous compliance using enterprise tools and standards that will create reuse, scalability, extensibility, innovation and alignment.
• Decompose roadmap elements into epics and features.

Qualifications

• Experience with federal supply chain, policies,processesand data
• Experience with Medical Logistics
• Post-secondaryeducation
• Minimumof10 years' relevant experience
• Experience developing strategic communications for senior federal leadership
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• DoW experience and / or familiarity strongly preferred
• Ability to obtainandmaintainaPublic Trust clearance
• Travel may berequiredup to 10%based onproject needs

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAFe experience or certification

Clearance Requirement:

• US Citizen or Green card holder
• Willing and able to obtain and maintain Public Trust, Tier 2 Clearance
• Must meet updated ID requirements:
