Role Overview
As a Quality Systems Specialist, you will play a critical role in enhancing supplier quality and system performance through advanced data analysis, visualization, and application development. Your work will directly support quality improvements, operational efficiency, and innovation across aerospace programs that shape the future of flight.
What Youll Do
In this dynamic and collaborative position, you will:
Design, develop, and support data-driven applications and dashboards to improve quality system performance
Analyze and visualize complex datasets to generate actionable insights for stakeholders
Develop and maintain applications using React, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Write and manage SQL stored procedures to support data workflows
Utilize Python for data processing and analytics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supplier quality systems and reporting tools
Participate in Agile development cycles , contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Manage code versioning and CI/CD pipelines using Git
Ensure proper documentation of code, processes, and system changes
Work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to align solutions with business needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in front-end or web development
Proficiency in React, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Experience with SQL (including stored procedures)
Programming experience with Python
Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into meaningful insights
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work onsite in Everett, WA (5 days/week)
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with the Tanzu platform
Experience working within quality systems or supplier quality environments
Understanding of Agile development methodologies
Experience building data visualization tools and dashboards
Strong attention to detail and documentation practices

Pay Details: $55.51 per hour
