Inventory Data Analyst (Contract) THIS IS AN ONSITE/IN PERSON JOB IN OKC

Onsite | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM | $35/hr

Were seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Data Analyst to support Engineering and Inventory Control initiatives and projects in a manufacturing environment. This contract role focuses on collecting, validating, and managing material data to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Physically measure materials and packaging (weights, dimensions) using metrology tools

  • Validate and update material master data in Excel and ERP systems

  • Clean and manage large datasets with high accuracy

  • Support BOM audits, packaging optimization, and inventory improvement projects

  • Communicate with suppliers to obtain and verify material specifications

Qualifications
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, lookups, formulas)

  • Strong analytical and data management abilities

  • Comfortable working on the manufacturing floor

  • Ability to read basic engineering drawings (or willingness to learn)

  • ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.) preferred
    Comfort using measurement tools and standing for periods during data collection tasks.
