We are seeking an experienced Payment Domain SME & Solutions Architect to lead the design, integration, and optimization of enterprise payment processing and routing solutions. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and third-party partners to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant payment solutions in large enterprise environments. Roles & Responsibilities Act as the primary SME for payment processing and routing solutions. Design end-to-end payment integration and routing architectures. Work with internal teams, vendors, and third-party partners to gather and validate requirements. Support payment workflows including authorization, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and dispute handling. Recommend routing configurations, workflows, integrations, and customization strategies. Ensure compliance with PCI DSS and enterprise security standards. Conduct architecture reviews, solution walkthroughs, and technical discussions. Support implementation, troubleshooting, and post-production activities. Mentor teams and provide payment domain knowledge sharing and training. Prepare architecture documents, solution proposals, and implementation plans. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of experience in Payment Domain / Payment Processing environments. Strong understanding of payment routing, transaction processing, authorization, settlement, and reconciliation. Experience with payment gateways, processors, acquirers, and third-party payment providers. Knowledge of cards, digital wallets, and alternative payment methods. Experience designing scalable and secure payment integration solutions. Strong understanding of PCI DSS, payment security, and compliance standards. Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Prior Telecom or Retail domain experience preferred. Experience mentoring teams and driving solution discussions.
