Position Summary

We are hiring up to 10 IT Help Desk Agents for a 12-month contract (potential extension to 24 months). This role provides technical support across multiple shifts, with hybrid and remote options depending on schedule. Candidates must have a stable wired internet connection (Ethernet required) and be able to complete mandatory training.

• Location Requirement: Within 50 miles of Plano, TX or Portsmouth, NH (for hybrid shifts)
