Design and Release Engineer

Design and Release Engineer:

• System design, development, and engineering release of structural frame components and assemblies.
• Executing a work plan to achieve the component and system-level functional objectives.
• On-time delivery of components/systems from the initial concept through vehicle launch.
• Project management key process indicators (KPI's) and C/W/I efficiency will be utilized to monitor progress.
• The component design (FMEA), analysis (CAE), vehicle packaging (NX), model/drawing integrity (Teamcenter), Product Assurance Plan (PAP), component validation (DVP&R), change management (CN), engineering bill of material (EBOM/CODEP), build support, issue management (GIMS), fastened joint design, and assembly torque development.
• Working with multiple support groups (NVH, Vehicle Integration, Stress Lab, Safety, and Durability) to complete all validation and testing.

Requirements :

• Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Systems Engineering.
• 40 hr/wk, relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
• required. $109,512/yr.
