Coke Florida is searching for a Director, Business Intelligence to work out of our Tampa HQ office, working Monday – Friday.

What You Will Do:
At Coke Florida, this role will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive business performance, optimize operations, and support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in analytics, data architecture, and stakeholder engagement, with a passion for consumer behavior and market dynamics.

This leader will play a pivotal role in linking commercial and operational interdependencies, enabling a fast-learning organization that continuously adapts to market signals, consumer trends, and internal performance metrics.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the BI strategy aligned with corporate goals and market trends.
  • Champion a data-driven culture that accelerates learning cycles and decision-making across the enterprise.
  • Build frameworks that connect commercial insights (e.g., sales, marketing, trade performance) with operational levers (e.g., supply chain, manufacturing, logistics).
  • Identify and analyze interdependencies to uncover opportunities for margin expansion, service improvement, and demand responsiveness.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to embed real-time feedback loops that inform pricing, promotions, inventory, and production planning.
  • Partnering with IT to provide business requirement in the design, development, and maintenance of scalable BI solutions, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Thought leadership to ensure data integrity, governance, and security across all platforms.
  • Drive advanced analytics initiatives including predictive modeling, segmentation, and trend analysis.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing BI team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Promote agile ways of working and experimentation to accelerate insight generation and application.
  • Thought leadership and track defined KPIs that reflect both commercial success and operational effectiveness.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and executive teams.
  • Serve as a thought leader in data strategy and analytics innovation.

For this role, you will need:

  • Required degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a minimum of 10 years of relevant business or relevant entrepreneurial experience.
  • Proven effective people leadership
  • Depth of understanding of total business operations that drives towards “Syrup to Shelf” thinking
