Locations: Pittsburgh, PA, 15222 / Dallas, TX, 75234 / Birmingham, AL, 35233

Ability to work remote: 100% Onsite in office.

Pay Rate: $60 to 75/hr. on W2 ONLY

Length of Assignment: 6 Months Contract to Hire role

Function of the Group: Revenue Support
Industry background: 1.Tech and 2. Financial services is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Solution, design and review specific to software development.
2. Up Front analysis design oriented activates.
3. Disseminating architecture into low level designs inside the delivery cruise

Must Have Technical Skills (4-20 Years of Experience Required):
1. Requirements analysis & solution scoping (translate business goals into clear functional + nonfunctional requirements; define scope boundaries and assumptions).
2. Solution design using standards & governance (produce designs that align to architecture vision/principles/standards; prepare for architecture council review and compliance).
3. Architecture documentation & artifacts (create/maintain architecture deliverables using required templates/boilerplate; ensure completeness before review).
4. Process & workflow modeling (model business and system workflows; identify handoffs, failure points, and optimization opportunities)
5. System interaction + integration design (conceptual) (understand system interactions and data flows; design integrations across apps and services).
6. API / event / file integration literacy (ability to reason about integration options such as APIs, file sharing, and streaming/eventing; capture interface requirements and constraints).
7. Omnichannel experience awareness (customer + employee) (design with both customer-facing and employee-facing channel needs in mind; consider branch/care center and digital channels).
8. Tool proficiency for architecture intake & governance workflow.
9. Jira (Kanban intake, tracking review status, action items).
10. Confluence (boilerplate pages, documentation, job aids).
11. Diagramming (e.g., Gliffy or equivalent for solution models)

Flex Skills/Nice to Have:
1. Basic cloud and migration awareness (familiarity with modernizing architectures and cloud preference/migration concepts),
2. Familiarity with modern architecture patterns (microservices, containers, streaming platforms) at a conceptual levelenough to document impacts and integration needs.
3. Data flow & master data concepts (comfortable discussing customer/master data impacts and how distributed apps integrate with shared data services/APIs and batch patterns),
4. Vendor/thirdparty assessment support (help evaluate vendor fit, integration approach, and constraints during selection / RFP phases.

Education/Certifications: Minimum bachelor's degree.

Interview Process: One 30 minute virtual interview with hiring manager, second interview as needed.
