Pay Rate: $75-80/Hr on W2

About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex, high-visibility technical and data initiatives. This is a hands-on delivery leadership role—not a coordinator position. You will partner with engineering, product, and business teams to drive projects from inception to execution, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technical projects.
• Translate technical requirements into actionable project plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and blockers proactively to keep projects on track.
• Partner with engineering, product, and data teams to align on scope, priorities, and delivery expectations.
• Facilitate decision-making sessions, working sessions, and governance meetings.
• Monitor project health through metrics, dashboards, and action-oriented reporting.

Requirements:

• 8–10+ years in technical/project/program management roles.
• Proven experience in data-focused projects, such as data platforms, analytics, pipelines, integrations, or migrations.
• Strong experience in high-pressure, fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent executive communication, critical thinking, and prioritization skills.
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery models.
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar.
• PMP, Scrum, or SAFe certification preferred.

Preferred:

• Experience with modern data environments, AI/ML platforms, or enterprise system integrations.
• Background in banking, finance, or regulated environments.
