Job Description
Location: Frisco, TX or Overland Park, KS
On-site for Day 1.
RequirementsWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior SDET with extensive experience in automation, performance testing, and API validation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Cucumber, JMeter, Spring Boot, TestNG, Selenium, and REST API automation, along with hands-on experience in AWS, Redis, and Aurora. This role will focus on building robust automation frameworks, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.
Job Responsibilities- Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Cucumber, TestNG, and Selenium.
- Implement BDD/TDD practices for functional and integration testing.
- Develop and execute automated tests for RESTful APIs using tools like RestAssured.
- Perform performance/load testing using JMeter and analyze results.
- Validate cloud-based applications using AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, Aurora).
- Ensure data consistency and caching validation with Redis and Aurora DB.
- Manage source code using Git and follow best practices for branching and merging.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployments.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and advocate for quality best practices.
