As a Technical Architect in the growing nuclear energy sector, you will design and implementinnovative technical solutions that power over 38 million North American homes. This role involvesleading large-scale projects, defining technical standards, enhancing programming practices, andensuring secure, scalable systems, with a focus on leveraging AI-assisted coding.
What Youll Do Day-To-DayDesign and lead implementation of technical solutions consistent with the Global Roadmaps to ensure that systems support the organization's business requirements and meet the needs of end users.
Work with stakeholders including end-user to fully understand and validate customer needs.
Define system requirements based on user/client needs, cost, and required integration with existing applications, systems, or platforms.
Define technical standards and functionality tests.
Provide specifications, prototypes and technical documentation.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a technical or business field. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
- Expert knowledge of a variety of the Information Technology concepts, practices and procedures.
- Ability to design scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions.
- Ability to translate user needs into technical solutions/specifications.
- Ability to change priorities quickly, confront issues directly and work well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management.
- Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.

- Salary: $99,000-$134,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
