The Software Systems Engineer will
Decompose software requirements from systems and component requirements.
Use Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies to define, design, and
maintain complex system architectures using Cameo Systems Modeler (MagicDraw).

Rewards & recognition Experience in one or more Systems Engineering functions, such as:
a.) Subsystem design or analysis
b.) System or Software modeling
c.) Requirements and Interface Control Document (ICD) development
US Citizenship required. Final secret clearance needed to start. Clearance: Active secret or above security clearance (Matt has with investigation in last 5 years)
Systems engineering experience or relevant systems engineering training through a university or certificate program
Familiarity or proficiency in Cameo Systems Modeler / Cameo Enterprise Architecture or equivalent.
Familiarity or proficiency with writing requirements. Experience with DOORs a plus.
Experience with DOD Software CDRL Development
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, synergetic team environment.
Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker with the ability to select and apply appropriate systems thinking skills to solve problems and implement constructive change.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members
