Working within the Fraud Customer Communication project, this role involves analyzing new products using Actimize tools to support fraud-related customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Working with Actimize tools to analyze new products to support Fraud customer communication.
- Supporting and maintaining Actimize solutions.
- Creating DART reports, VTLs, and Plugins.
- Supporting at least one Actimize solution (IFM, SAM, CDD, WLF).
- Utilizing SQL skills with Oracle, Kafka, and Cassandra Query Language (CQL).
- Collaborating with a team of 10 and working with various other teams.
- Participating in an agile environment, including team ceremonies and using tools like Jira, Bitbucket, and U-Deploy.
- Strong experience with Actimize solutions (IFM, SAM, CDD, WLF).
- Good understanding of creating DART reports, VTLs, and Plugins.
- SQL skills including Oracle, Kafka, and Cassandra Query Language (CQL).
