What your future day will look like:
  • Analyze and validate customer demand forecasts by reviewing historical sales data, market trends, and seasonality patterns, while identifying risks, inconsistencies, and forecast bias to support informed planning decisions.
  • Lead and coordinate the monthly PSI planning process, ensuring alignment between Sales forecasts, inventory positions, and purchasing strategies while maintaining clear documentation throughout each planning cycle.
  • Support purchasing decisions by translating validated demand signals into actionable recommendations, documenting key assumptions, adjustments, and decision rationale to ensure accountability and transparency.
  • Take ownership of inventory performance across warehouse locations by monitoring stock levels, proactively addressing stockout and excess inventory risks, expediting supplier deliveries when needed, and partnering with Sales to optimize inventory movement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Supply teams to communicate demand changes and inventory risks, while maintaining accurate ERP-based planning data, improving planning processes, and supporting Business Central demand planning initiatives.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelors degree required; MBA or Masters in Data or Supply Chain operations is preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in demand planning, inventory analysis, or similar analytical role
  • Strong Excel, ERP and Power BI skills is a must!
