Role Overview

We are looking for a forward-thinking AI Lead to partner with enterprise clients and drive AI strategy, innovation, and adoption. This is a highly customer-facing, consultative role, requiring deep awareness of the rapidly evolving AI landscape and the ability to translate emerging trends into practical, business-aligned solutions.

The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, helping shape and execute the client's AI roadmap, identify high-value use cases, and accelerate AI adoption using modern technologies including Generative AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics.

Must-Have Skills

• Solution Architecture (enterprise-scale systems design)
• Data Migration Architecture (legacy-to-modern platform migrations)
• Data Integration & APIs (REST, microservices, middleware, event-driven architectures)
• Cloud Platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/Google Cloud Platform acceptable)
• Data Engineering (SQL, ETL/ELT, data modeling, data quality)
• AI / Generative AI Solutions (LLMs, RAG, AI agents, enterprise AI use cases)
• Stakeholder Management (client-facing workshops, architecture reviews, executive communication)
• Technical Leadership (leading distributed onshore/offshore teams)

Preferred Skills

• Insurance domain knowledge (Policy, Claims, Billing, Underwriting)
• Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, Sapiens, or similar insurance platforms
• Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric
• Python and automation development
• Data governance and security architecture

Experience Requirements

• 10+ years in architecture or senior technical leadership roles
• 3+ years designing cloud-based enterprise solutions
• Proven experience leading large-scale data migration/transformation programs
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders
• Experience incorporating AI/GenAI into business or technology solutions
