Overview:
Seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead a complex enterprise application transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation in enterprise application development, .NET technologies, mainframe systems, solution architecture, and business analysis. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership while driving successful delivery of project objectives.
Required Experience
- 10+ years of experience leading large enterprise software projects.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft .NET technologies and application architecture.
- Strong knowledge of mainframe environments and enterprise legacy applications.
- Prior experience as a developer, technical lead, solution architect, or engineering manager.
- Experience managing vendor-led delivery teams.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted software development and engineering tools.
Core Responsibilities
- Own technical delivery across all workstreams.
- Drive alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.
- Review architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer deliverables.
- Identify technical dependencies, constraints, and execution gaps.
- Evaluate technical deliverables for quality, completeness, and maintainability.
- Coordinate activities across business, technical, and vendor teams.
- Establish acceptance criteria and delivery readiness standards.
- Provide executive-level status reporting and decision support.
