Role: Salesforce Technical Analyst
Location: Hanover, MD (Hybrid)

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Technical Analyst with strong Salesforce platform experience to drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise initiatives. This is a hands-on role focused on requirements analysis, release management, Agile execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Own delivery lifecycle from requirements gathering through production release
Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
Perform requirements analysis, impact analysis, and solution documentation
Support Release on Demand (ROD), release planning, risk management, and go-live readiness
Manage backlog refinement, sprint planning, prioritization, and story acceptance
Create SQL queries and perform data analysis to support business decisions
Develop and maintain custom Salesforce reports and dashboards
Collaborate with engineering, QA, architects, and shared services teams to ensure smooth delivery
Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and delivery updates to leadership
Required Skills
7+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, or Technical Product Owner
Strong Salesforce CRM platform experience
Experience supporting Salesforce production releases
Strong SQL and data analysis skills
Experience creating custom Salesforce reports
Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience (SAFe or Lean preferred)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
UAT coordination/support experience
AI-related project exposure or experience
