Job Description

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in Data Science / Applied Modeling
• Strong foundation in:
  • Statistics (required)
  • Predictive modeling and optimization techniques
• Proven track record solving complex matching, ranking, or recommendation problems
• Experience identifying and resolving data/model gaps in production environments
• Python, SQL
• Experience working with large-scale data systems
• Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development tools:
  • Experience with tools like Claude (or similar LLM-assisted coding tools) is highly preferred
