The Tech Services Project Manager is a hands-on execution leader responsible for coordinating and driving product delivery initiatives from planning through completion. Reporting to the Product Portfolio Delivery Lead, this role serves as the operational backbone of the Product Delivery team, working closely with Product Technical Business Analysts, Product Owners, and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution across multiple concurrent initiatives. The Tech Services Project Manager bridges the gap between strategic planning and tactical execution, translating product roadmaps into actionable delivery plans while maintaining quality standards and stakeholder alignment. This role requires strong project management discipline, technical acumen, and the ability to remove obstacles that impede delivery progress.

Essential Duties

  • Coordinates daily and weekly delivery activities across product initiatives, ensuring work is properlysequenced, dependencies are managed, and teams have clear priorities. Facilitates standups, sprintplanning, and retrospectives in alignment with Product Owners and Technical Business Analysts.
  • Drives initiative execution to meet committed timelines, scope, and quality targets. Identifies andescalates risks and blockers early, working proactively to resolve issues before they impact deliveryschedules.
  • Partners with Product Technical Business Analysts, Product Engineering, and other TechnologyServices teams to coordinate work streams, align on deliverables, and ensure smooth handoffsbetween functional areas.
  • Works with the Product Portfolio Delivery Lead to ensure appropriate resource allocation acrossinitiatives. Coordinates workload balancing and capacity planning with Product Engineering and otherTechnology Services teams on shared resources.
  • Ensures deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria and quality standards. Reviews user stories,test cases, and documentation for completeness and clarity. Implements and enforces qualityassurance processes within delivery workflows.
  • Maintains regular communication with Product Owners, line of business stakeholders, and Technology Services partners on initiative status, deliverables, and any changes to scope or timeline. Preparesstatus reports and dashboards for leadership review.
  • Ensures the team follows established product delivery processes, methodologies, and governancestandards. Documents and maintains delivery playbooks, templates, and standard operatingprocedures.
  • Tracks and reports on delivery KPIs including velocity, cycle time, defect rates, and on-time delivery.Uses data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identifies opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and effectiveness.Leads or participates in retrospectives and process improvement initiatives. Implements best practiceslearned from industry and peer organizations.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in product delivery, project management, or technical business analysis, preferably inconstruction, facilities management, or related industries
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar work management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product delivery lifecycle management.
  • Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical andbusiness teams.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in delivery metrics, reporting, and data-driven decision making.
  • PMP, CSM, or related project management certification preferred.
