Responsibilities Drive the design of standardized navigation and consistent UI patterns across a portfolio of interconnected applications. Design seamless user experiences for integrations between internal tools and enterprise systems. Conduct customer interviews and usability studies to gather requirements and validate design decisions. Translate complex technical requirements into accessible design narratives for stakeholders. Support user onboarding with intuitive flows to minimize training overhead. Establish and maintain a unified design system to ensure visual and interaction consistency. Collaborate with engineering to improve customer satisfaction scores and performance metrics. Skills 4-6 years of experience in UX design, demonstrating a strong portfolio of work. Proficiency in web development practices and principles is a plus. Excellent communication skills to convey design concepts effectively. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Skills Experience with enterprise applications and their functionalities. Familiarity with AI Vibe coding and prompt engineering. A background in web design, multimedia, computer science, or design arts.
