Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Lead

Pay Rate: $45 - $50 per hour W2

No third parties or C2C due to government restrictions

Our client is an innovative leader dedicated to modernizing digital infrastructure and streamlining how vital services are delivered. They are currently launching an initiative to build a centralized web portal. This Greenfield project offers an exciting opportunity for a ServiceNow expert to step into a leadership role, owning the platform's long term technical vision, shaping architecture, and guiding external vendor execution to build a modern experience.

Here's what you'll be doing:

Owning the end-to-end technical implementation of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring superior code quality, system performance, and long term scalability.

Managing the technical backlog within Agile frameworks, including prioritizing system enhancements, bug fixes, maintenance tasks, and modernization initiatives.

Reviewing and validating solution architectures, complex workflow designs, and technical decisions delivered by external vendor implementation teams.

Translating business requirements and product direction into clear, actionable technical stories, task roadmaps, and sprint execution plans.

Collaborating with identity platform engineers and cross-functional technical teams to ensure successful authentication patterns, API integrations, and secure data flows.

Here's what our ideal candidate has:

5+ years of dedicated ServiceNow experience operating in a technical role such as Developer, Systems Analyst, or Technical Lead.

Strong Business Analyst capabilities, with a proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical sprint tasks.

Familiarity with identity and integration concepts including Single Sign-On (SSO), SAML, OIDC, and API fundamentals like REST and JSON.

Prior exposure to PSDS modules, constituent engagement workflows, or case management systems is highly preferred.

Local residency in the Phoenix, AZ metropolitan area and full eligibility to permanently convert to an internal employee without requiring future visa sponsorship.
