Personnel must be proficient in API integrations, system interoperability, and secure authentication protocols. Strong scripting and automation skills are required to streamline data exchange between platforms. Required Qualifications and Skills (Must Be Reflected on Your Resume): An Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field -OR- A minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience in system integration. Personnel must have demonstrated experience in integrating ITSM platforms, developing API-based solutions, and ensuring secure identity federation. Experience with OAuth, SAML, and enterprise authentication protocols is required.
