Job Description Works directly with external and internal customers to provide timely and accurate reports, analysis, and data discovery services. Identifies, cleanses, and integrates disparate data sources. Assists with design and maintenance of the Business Intelligence (BI) framework. Identifies appropriate information delivery vehicles. Creates reports, dashboards, and interactive solutions to meet the information needs of assigned clinical and/or operational areas. Ensures the accurate and effective use of financial and operational data that may be relied upon by the organization. Key Relationships Reports to: Manager, Data Science and Clinical Insights Candidate Qualifications Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies. Bachelors Degree required. 1-3 Years of Experience preferred. Preferred experience in the healthcare industry. Requires experience with MS SQL Server (or similar SQL tools). Experience using Power BI, MS SSRS, and/or other Business Intelligence tools preferred. Experience with Python and/or machine learning tools preferred.
