Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree. A minimum of four years of progressively responsible experience in developing and implementing IT initiatives, strategic planning and establishing business requirements is required. Additional related experience will substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

The PROS Business Architect is a senior technology leadership role responsible for designing and improving secure, scalable digital solutions that support both internal operations and public-facing services. This position leads efforts related to business process improvement, systems integration, application development, automation, reporting, data management, and digital transformation initiatives across the department. The role also supports the development of low-code applications, dashboards, workflows, modern collaboration tools, and cloud-based solutions using Microsoft technologies. This position works closely with senior leadership, technical teams, and business units to deliver practical and innovative solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen compliance, reduce manual processes, and enhance customer service.
