The Opportunity:
The Sr Business Analyst within the Collaborion Services Center of Excellence (CoE) supports the delivery, enablement, and continuous improvement of enterprise collaborion capabilities. This role combines business analysis, technical writing, and operional execution to transle business needs into scalable solutions, user-focused content, and standardized processes.

The position partners closely within Infrastructure Services, Digital teams, and business stakeholders to drive adoption, governance, and optimizion of Microsoft 365 plforms, with a focus on accessibility, user experience, and organizional effectiveness.

Wh You'll Work On:

  • Gher, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for collaborion tools and services (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Copilot).
  • Transle stakeholder needs into clear deliverables including user stories, process flows, and functional documention.
  • Support CoE intake, integrion, and governance processes by triaging requests, documenting requirements, configurions, and tracking delivery progress .
  • Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies, and recommend solutions to improve delivery outcomes.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve end-user documention , including job aids, FAQs, knowledge articles, and training merials.
  • Convert complex technical and process informion into clear, accessible, and user-friendly content .
  • Ensure all merials align with enterprise accessibility standards and inclusive design principles .
  • Support communicions and adoption & organizional change management across enterprise channels (e.g., email, Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage, learning plforms).
  • Support adoption and optimizion of Microsoft 365 collaborion tools , including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and Copilot.
  • Assist in supporting production readiness of solutions through requirement assessment, documention, and user testing activities .
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure requirements are accurely reflected in delivered solutions.
  • Contribute to governance initiives across supported plforms including M365 plform, core services (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange), Da Governance, Management, and Lifecycle (incl., da classificion, labeling, and compliance) and other supported collaborion services .
  • Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure stregic alignment, clarity of requirements and deliverables, and integrion needs to support defined business outcomes .
  • Provide concise updes, summaries, and insights to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support cross-functional collaborion across Infrastructure Services, Digital, and business teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement of intake workflows, documention standards, and delivery processes .
  • Cree and maintain standard temples, playbooks, and best practices to enable consistent execution.
  • Support operional tracking, metrics reporting, and process transparency across the CoE.
  • Contribute to stregic initiives, including accessibility, digital adoption, and employee experience enhancements .

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE, YOULL BRING

Minimum Qualificions:

  • Minimum bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience in business, Informion Systems, Communicions, or reled field.
  • Overall experience
  • 10+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years of experience in business analysis, technical writing, or reled disciplines .
  • Demonstred experience supporting enterprise collaborion plforms (Microsoft 365 preferred) .
  • Proven ability to transle technical concepts into clear, business-friendly documention .
  • Experience working in a Center of Excellence (CoE) or shared services environment .
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices .
  • Experience with process improvement frameworks or change management .
  • Knowledge of informion governance, da classificion, or compliance tools .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communicion.
  • Stakeholder engagement and relionship management.
  • Documention and content stregy.
  • Process improvement and operional excellence.

Preferred skills:

  • Microsoft 365 knowledge.
  • Attention to detail and execution rigor.

The base pay for this position is $99,300.00 $198,700.00. In specific locions, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
