ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders Construct workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals Liaison between various business departments and group Communicate findings, and recommendations, to project manager for updates to stakeholders and executives Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements Assist with project management as needed**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**
