Tier 1 IT Support Analyst || Atlanta, GA || Onsite We are seeking a customer-focused Tier 1 IT Support Analyst to provide frontline technical support for teachers, students, staff, and families within a K-12 school district environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware/software issues, password resets, account support, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace assistance, classroom technology support, and ticket management using ITSM tools.
