Adecco is partnering with a growinganization seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and implement innovative business solutions using Microsoft technologies. This role is ideal for a hands-on developer who enjoys building scalable applications, integrating systems, and solvingplex business challenges through abination of low-code and traditional development tools.

The ideal candidate will bring strong Microsoft Power Platform expertise along with solid software development experience and a passion for delivering impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Logic Apps

Build low-code and no-code applications to support business operations and process automation

Design, develop, and maintain backend functionality using C#

Integrate Microsoft Dynamics, SQL databases, and other enterprise applications

Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions

Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing applications and workflows

Support ongoing improvements to business systems and automation initiatives

Required Qualifications

Experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Logic Apps)

Strong C# development experience

Experience integrating applications and data sources

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Strong problem-solving andmunication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (FSCM or similar ERP platforms)

SQL Server and database development experience

Exposure to Power BI

General understanding of frontend development concepts

Ideal Candidate

A traditional Microsoft developer who has expanded into Power Platform development, or

A Power Platform specialist with strong software development and coding capabilities.
