GENERAL FUNCTION
The Systems Analyst II supports the Store Development and Construction organization by owning requests from intake to value across M365, Power Platform, Autodesk Construction Cloud (Client), and reporting platforms. The role partners cross-functionally with Project Management, Design, Planning, Estimating, vendors, and IT to deliver scalable, well-governed digital solutions aligned to business outcomes.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Qualifies and scopes requests from intake through delivery, including SOW definition, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
Designs, builds, and maintains reliable solutions across SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Client, and Power BI, including workflow design, automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and quality controls.
Collaborates with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive decisions, secure approvals, and avoid rework.
Standardizes high-frequency requests into reusable templates, documentation, and workflow patterns to improve throughput and consistency.
Supports reporting, data validation, and visibility through curated datasets and BI tooling.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Business or related field or equivalent practical experience (e.g., systems analysis, automation/reporting, Power Platform/SharePoint/Client projects; relevant certifications).
Proven endtoend ownership: intake scope build UAT release followup.
Handson with SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps; familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (Client), Power BI, and relational data concepts (SQL).
Clear, concise communication; stakeholder management; ability to defend scope with options.
Experience designing workflows, process diagrams, and system documentation.
Understanding of automation and AI concepts (e.g., intelligent search, workflow automation, data validation).
SUCCESS METRICS (90-120 DAYS)
Reduce Triaged items by 40-60%; retire stale items > 180 days.
Increase weekly completions by +5-8 via templates + clearer scoping; WIP/owner 15.
Central error log for key flows; fewer failed runs and faster mean time to repair.
Maintain or improve median cycle time for active work.

Build/Delivery (~16-18 hrs/wk) Develop or refine SharePoint/PA/Apps/Client solutions in phased increments. Add error logging, retries, and acceptance checks to top flows. Stakeholder/Vendor Comms (~6-8 hrs/wk) Daily 15min blockers sync; weekly vendor checkin for dependencies. Status updates; decision logs; scheduling UAT and signoff. Backlog Hygiene & Standardization (~6-8 hrs/wk) Close, merge, or archive stale or inactive items; clearly document re-submission paths when scope or priority changes. Update playbooks/checklists; small admin (1-2 hrs).
