The Task Management Specialist shall manage the 67 CW TMS and its workflows. The contractor shall manage the processes of any incoming and outgoing task (e-mail or workflows), correspondence and activities within TMS from a variety of sources, such as Air Force, NAF, MAJCOM, DoD, Wing and various government agencies. The contractor shall ensure in near real-time the tracking and understanding of Wing assets engaged in operational missions in support of taskings/orders. Specific tasks include the following: What You'll Do: Apply analytical ability for identifying, gathering, synthesizing and fulfilling the Wing's operational tracking and reporting requirements of TMS. Provide feedback and requests approval to 67 CW leadership on issues and topics that would be appropriate for submission to NAF and/or MAJCOM. Identify operational issues to 67 CW leadership for visibility and/or action. Issues shall be conveyed, via email, and provide possible courses of action for leadership's consideration that might arise from TMS tasks. Develop and present the overall Wing's weekly TMS update during staff meetings to Senior Wing leadership. The weekly status update should reflect TMS with minimal verbal corrections during staff meeting. Ensure accuracy, currency and relevancy of operational tasks and processes on all tasks. Provide quarterly and annual TMS metric measurements to track performance and fulfillment of assigned tasks, to include tracking percentage of on-time completion and late responses from assigned stakeholders. These metrics will be tracked on quarterly and annual basis to measure wing on-time response to 16 AF, MAJCOM, and DoD. These metric reports will provide on- time and late responses of total tasks completed by percentages. Conduct an annual clean-up of all TMS workflows accounts throughout the wing. Track/maintain monthly request reports (A001) submitted to ACC Knowledge Office (ACC/KO). Maintain TMS roster of all wing missions targeting the conceptual breakdown of functional responsibilities for the purpose of identifying workflow tasking. This roster shall be maintained on an annual basis with no more than 4 quarterly major revisions. Operate and provide instruction for facilities audio visual and video teleconferencing (VTC) equipment and support VMR/TEAMS functionality and connectivity for 67 CW staff in large, small, and CCK and MPCC conference rooms in buildings 2167 and 2169. They shall also support teleconferences in the CC/CV/ExDir/CoS offices. Specific tasks include the following: Ensure users are properly briefed on policies and procedures for use of the facilities prior to use. Resolve situations when customers desired use of facilities conflicts with established guidelines of office of responsibility. Make and/or authorize minor changes or adjustments to established policies and procedures to resolve scheduling conflicts. Develop/maintain electronic schedules for use of the 67 CW large, small, CCK, and MPCC conference rooms in building 2167. Troubleshoot basic technical problems to include internal no sound or video, control system functions and integration issues, connectivity issues and operational problems that fall under basic operation of the system. Contractor will coordinate with 67 CW/A6 to submit a trouble ticket for technical failure issues. Identify user, system, and equipment problems and submit appropriate trouble tickets and track trouble tickets to completion. Maintain written SOPs, checklists procedures, tasks, binders, training sessions and VTC/VMR calendar for the 67 CW/CC Command staff. Provide quarterly and annual metric measurements to track total video teleconference meetings conducted. The contractor shall provide draft metric measurements; no more than two (2) major revisions per each report are acceptable. The quarterly and annual metric reports shall provide measures to track the number of video teleconference meetings conducted. Log and track issues/resolutions for service tickets tagged to the specific room and equipment in coordination with 67 CW/A6. Final reports shall contain all resolutions, comments and draft analysis reports need to be provided to ensure teleconferencing systems maintain reliability. What You Bring: 5+ yrs of recent relevant experience support operations. Active TS/SCI clearance Knowledge of continuous improvement frameworks and familiarity with task management principles. Ability to record and create documentation for division repository.
