Technology Lead- Ecommerce (SAP Commerce, Backend Development) What you bring: Extensive large-scale eCommerce experience and great communication skills. Strong Ecommerce platform experience, ideally with SAP Commerce Cloud. Strong backend development and integration experience. This is a Full-Time, Permanent, 100% remote position in EST time zone. Salary: $170K to $190K (15% bonus potential based on performance) Hours : 8 AM to 5:00 PM EST Location : 100% remote Background/Reference check? Yes Key Responsibilities Lead agile delivery of ecommerce platforms and core services Design and build backend services, APIs, and enterprise integrations Own integrations across SAP, Salesforce, Okta, and marketing systems Ensure platform reliability, scalability, security, and performance Collaborate with Experience Engineering and DevOps teams Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvement Apply AI-assisted development practices to enhance productivity Build and lead a focused, high-performing engineering team Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years in technical leadership roles Strong backend development, API design, and integration experience Experience with large-scale B2B/B2C ecommerce platforms (search, catalog, cart, checkout) Hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Preferred) or Shopify Plus, Magento, CommerceTools Experience integrating Salesforce, SAP, identity, and marketing systems Experience incorporating AI (ChatGPT/Codex) into SDLC Strong knowledge of system design, scalability, and Agile practices Preferred Qualifications Headless CMS and composable architecture experience Event driven architecture or middleware experience Cloud experience (AWS or similar) SAP BTP experience #LI-KS1 #LI-Remote #TECH
