Work youll do/Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / RTE to facilitate agile ceremonies and coordinate the execution of our Agile Release Trains (ARTs). You will act as a servant leader, helping teams navigate challenges, ensuring alignment across multiple squads, and optimizing the flow of value through the organization. You will play a pivotal role in PI (Program Increment) Planning and continuous delivery.
+ Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
+ For RTEs: Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART using various tools, such as the Program Kanban.
+ Facilitate PI Planning readiness and events.
+ Assist in tracking the execution of features and capabilities.
+ Escalate and track impediments to resolution.
+ Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
+ Effective written and verbal communication skills
