Desktop Support Technician - Dauphin County, PA

Duties

Inventory and organize IT equipment

Unbox and prepare desktops, laptops, monitors, and accessories

Apply Windows 11 OS image using SCCM and Intune

Install software in Windows 11 environment

Update asset records in ServiceNow

Deploying assets as required

Assist with decommissioning old equipment

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Basic knowledge of Windows OS and imaging tools

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely

Good communication and time management skills

Must pass state and national background check
