Data Analyst Fleet Operations & Analytics

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support the data systems and reporting that power our autonomous fleet operations. You'll transform vehicle telemetry, service logs, and operations data into clear insights that improve decision-making across operations, safety, and engineering teams. This role focuses on analytics, reporting, KPI development, and building accessible datasets and dashboards that help teams understand performance and drive improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics-focused roles
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, data manipulation, and analysis
• Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or Power BI)
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

• Experience with operational, logistics, or fleet-related data
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with Databricks or similar analytics platforms

• Analyze vehicle telemetry, service logs, dispatch data, and operational metrics to identify trends and actionable insights
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for fleet operations, safety, and engineering stakeholders
• Partner with operations teams to understand reporting needs and business questions
