Sr. ERP Developers, Cape Cod Hospital, Inc., sub. of Cape Cod Healthcare, Inc., Hyannis MA: Will deliver technical solutions to business problems in HR/Finance and Supply Chain Management and interact effectively within the IT department and with business SMEs and leaders. Work with related business procedures and practices in addition to the technical aspects of the PeopleSoft environment. Duties and responsibilities include: Dsgn/dvlp tech solutions for new/modified business processes using PeopleSoft tools incl. App Designer, App Engine, PeopleCode, App Packages & Integration Broker; Dsgn/dvlp integrations with Oracle Cloud HCM, Taleo & related HR apps; Collaborate w/Business SMEs, functional teammates & peers to evaluate solution alternatives and recommend delivered PeopleSoft functionality balancing configuration & development; Confer w/analysts and others to dsgn usable tech solutions and obtain info on product limitations, capabilities, performance reqs & interfaces; Conduct code reviews ensuring quality, security & compliance reqs are met; Mentor team resources to dvlp tech dsgn docs, programs & test plans; Work w/Functional & Technical Teams, Hosting Vendor & business users on system req gathering, analysis, dsgn, testing & implementation; Assist w/project plan dvlpmt & Project Schedule creation; Define/execute unit & integration test plans for enhancements, patches & fixes; Ensure test results comply w/reqs prior to UAT; Coordinate user acceptance & QA testing and resolve testing issues; Verify program logic through prep of test data, testing & debugging; Oversee systems testing, systems performance & migration to production to min disruption; Write/maintain user guides, programming docs, tech support guides, installation guides & tech dsgn docs; Support enterprise-wide PeopleSoft environment & non-production DBs (Demo, Dev, Test, QA); Resolve issues/challenges regarding PeopleSoft app tech solutions incl. enhancements, maintenance & production support; Analyze complex business reqs, assist in fit/gap analysis, dsgn streamlined solutions & write supporting tech dsgn docs. Telecommuting may be permitted from any U.S. location. Minimum Requirements: A Bachelors Degree (foreign equivalent degrees accepted) in Computer Science/Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field, and 5 years of progressive experience in any related occupation working with PeopleSoft including enhancements and production support.100% Telecommuting may be permitted from anywhere in the U.S. Travel to Hyannis, MA headquarters location is required once per year for approximately 3-4 days. Basic Pay Range: Our good faith estimate of the compensation range for this opportunity is a base salary range of one hundred sixty thousand eight hundred and five dollars to one hundred sixty-five thousand dollars per year. The pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidates actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidates work history, experience, skill set, and education. This is not inclusive of the value of Cape Cod Healthcares benefits package (if applicable), which includes among other benefits, healthcare/dental/vision and retirement. For annual salaries this is based on full-time employment.
