at FinTech Servicing LLC in Newark, Delaware, United States Job Description Position: BI Analyst for FinTech Servicing LLC Full time in Newark, DE Job Duties Analyze lending and financial services data by querying, integrating, and validating large-scale structured and semi-structured datasets. Develop and maintain data extraction, transformation, and validation processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness across multiple internal and external data sources. Perform statistical and analytical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and performance drivers in lending operations, borrower behavior, and portfolio performance. Prepare monthly and periodic performance reports evaluating key lending metrics, including origination volume, conversion rates, repayment performance, and operational efficiency. Conduct profitability analysis, return on investment (ROI) analysis, and product performance evaluations for lending products, marketing initiatives, and operational processes. Analyze conversion funnels and customer journey data within lending workflows to assess acquisition effectiveness and operational bottlenecks. Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and analytical reports to support operational and business decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, compliance, finance, and technology, to perform data reconciliations, audits, and quality controls ensuring data integrity. Effectively translate analytical findings into clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to improve reporting accuracy, process efficiency, and business performance. Apply data analytics tools and methodologies to enhance existing reporting, analytics, and performance monitoring frameworks. Job Requirements Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related, and at least 6 months experience performing data querying, cleaning, modeling and quantitative analysis, financial and operational analysis and visualized reporting , and using SQL, MongoDB, Google BigQuery, Power BI, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and Macros.
