This position supports system lifecycle activities including requirements analysis, solution development, testing, configuration management, workflow automation, reporting solutions, and SharePoint administration within a Microsoft 365 environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in Microsoft Power Platform technologies and experience supporting compliance-driven systems in Federal or Department of the Navy environments. Responsibilities: Support the development, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and enhancement of management information systems and workflow solutions. Participate in all phases of the system development lifecycle, including analysis and design, coding, testing, documentation, deployment, and configuration management. Develop, test, and troubleshoot Microsoft Power Platform applications, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions. Support compliance-driven workflows including approval routing, protocol tracking, reporting, audit readiness, and automated notifications. Assist with testing activities including formal testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and resolution support. Support configuration management processes, release management activities, and deployment coordination. Collaborate with program offices, technical teams, and stakeholders to identify operational requirements and implement effective technology solutions. Ensure systems and workflows comply with applicable federal, Department of Defense (DoD), and Department of the Navy (DON) security and regulatory requirements. Support audit readiness initiatives, process improvement efforts, and compliance reporting activities. This is a full time, salaried, exempt position. Salary Range $85K - $92K DOE Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Systems Management, Technology Management, or a related field. Minimum of eight (8) years of experience developing and supporting management information systems Must have current and active Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400), Solution Architect Expert (PL-600), or equivalent successor certification. Experience supporting all phases of the product lifecycle, including analysis and design, coding, testing, documentation, and configuration management. Proven experience developing, testing, and troubleshooting Microsoft Power Platform applications. Experience administering Microsoft SharePoint sites and associated data management processes. Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or Department of the Navy (DON) systems and operations. Experience supporting Agile Scrum development environments and Azure DevOps workflows. Active security clearance is required.
