Role: Ab Initio Developer

Location: Cleveland, OH (100% On-site from Day 1)

Compensation: $53.00/hr on W2

Duration: 6 Months

Position Overview

Senior Ab Initio/ETL Lead Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience to own and execute technical pipelines for large-scale data integration, data warehouse architectures, and metadata lineage structures within a banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Project Ownership: Lead and own all technical aspects of ETL pipelines from initial requirements gathering down through live deployment phases.

* Data Integration: Design and engineer high-volume data transformation applications using Ab Initio, Teradata, Hadoop, and Unix Shell Scripting.

* Cloud Migration: Integrate data pipelines with cloud platforms, managing cloud native ETL processing systems and cloud storage backends (Google Cloud Platform).

* Metadata Management: Map, track, and establish strict end-to-end data lineage models utilizing Ab Initio Metadata Hub.

* Team Leadership: Coordinate, manage, and mentor a small team of blended onshore/offshore Ab Initio developers inside an Agile delivery framework.

Required Skillset

* Experience: 8 to 10 years of dedicated ETL engineering background, with a minimum of 7 years explicitly using Ab Initio and 5+ years within the Banking Domain.

* Technical Stack: Heavy hands-on mastery with Ab Initio ETL, Unix Shell scripting, Teradata, Hadoop clusters, and foundational Python scripting.

* Cloud & Platforms: Working familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) storage layers and modernized cloud-native data pipelines.
