Job Description

Position Title: Position Mid-Level Strategist

Number of Positions Needed: 1

Length of Contract: 6 months (though end of 2026)

Location/Site: Mettawa, IL

Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days a week in-office (Tue.-Thurs.) per company policy

Role Summary

Translates enterprise frameworks into scalable operating models and workflows

Bridges strategy and execution through structured artifacts, requirements, and systems

Enables repeatable, cross-functional execution without increasing operational burden

Core Responsibilities

Convert strategy into executable workflows and frameworks

Design reusable templates, documentation, and operating models

Define business and operational requirements

Enable cross-functional orchestration (Commercial, Medical, Access, Ops)

Build governance structures and support change adoption

Leverage digital tools and AI to accelerate execution

Core Capabilities

Strategic Execution: framework translation, operating model design

Structured Communication: executive artifacts, knowledge systems

Workflow Orchestration: process design, cross-functional alignment

Digital & AI Enablement: workflow tools, AI-assisted execution

Governance & Change: RACI, training, adoption frameworks

Analytical Structuring: problem decomposition, prioritization
