Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot development.

Expertise in applying design frameworks/patterns and implementing them in production environments.

Proven architectural decision-making skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Strong experience with Cloud Solutions, container platforms like Openshift, CI/CD ownership, and release reliability.

Full-stack development experience is required.

Good understanding of Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence, and the ability to enable AI/ML-driven solutions.

Collaborative, innovative, and proactive mindset with the ability to lead discussions, drive decisions, and work effectively with cross-functional SMEs.
