Looking for a candidate with MSP industry experience to come in with solid real-world troubleshooting experience. Tier 2 / Tier 2.5 Support Engineer- Strong Windows desktop and server troubleshooting experience

Comfortable troubleshooting Microsoft 365 environments

Able to get around in Azure / Entra without hand-holding

Mid-level firewall and networking experienc

Understanding of VPNs, switching, VLANs, wireless, DHCP/DNS, etc.

Experience working in RMM and PSA platforms

Ability to troubleshoot independently and think critically

Strong communication skills with end users and clients

Experience in an MSP environment is highly preferred

Own issues, troubleshoot efficiently without assistance and escalate when appropriate

Strong follow-through and accountability

Good documentation habits

Coachable and willing to continue learning

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without constant supervision

**Preferably candidates supporting multi-site businesses, retail, pharmacy, healthcare, or similar environments
