Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business requirement gathering, stakeholder management, Agile methodologies, and process improvement. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills: 10+ years of Business Analyst experience

Strong experience in requirement gathering and documentation

Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies

Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and MS Visio

Strong understanding of SDLC and business process analysis

Experience creating BRD, FRD, user stories, and workflow diagrams

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work with cross-functional teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills: Experience in Banking, Healthcare, Insurance, or Retail domain

SQL knowledge is a plus

CBAP, PMP, or Scrum certifications preferred

Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements

Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams

Translate business requirements into functional specifications

Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows

Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint activities

Support UAT testing and business validation

Identify opportunities for process improvements

Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
